ROBERT MCCARTNEY

Robert is a solicitor by profession and commenced his NHS experience establishing the legal services department in Eastern and Coastal Kent Community Health NHS Trust before assisting with the merger with West Kent to form Kent Community Health NHS Trust. Since which he has worked as the Head of Business Operations for one of the largest independent providers of primary care services in the country. Within this role he oversaw business development, legal services, HR and provided support to both GPs and practice managers on a wide range of subjects.

SUE BALDWIN

Consultant

Sue is a regular consultant member of our team. As an experienced Director of both provider and commissioner services Sue has extensive experience of supporting NHS organisations in developing and delivering services. As a senior nurse she focuses on the importance of governance and team development.

Her recent role as the CEO of a federation resulted in achieving a ‘Good’ CQC rating within 10 months of registration.

STEPHEN KEMP

Stephen Kemp is a Registered Nurse with 40 years’ experience working in the NHS and Independent health sector and has been specialising in Quality & Governance for Primary Urgent & Emergency care services since 2004. He has held the position of Director of Quality for six organisations as well as providing interim support to a variety of clients to assist them with CQC registration and ongoing compliance.
